Individual Therapy
In-person and telehealth sessions are available for individuals aged 13 and up. In these sessions, you can expect to explore the root causes of your symptoms, learn effective coping strategies, and have a safe space for self-reflection while working toward your treatment goals.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy includes collaborative goal setting, psychoeducation, and homework between sessions to ensure progress toward your mutual goals. We will check in on progress or setbacks in each session and address the root issues that are causing you stress in your relationship.

Family Therapy
Family therapy focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships within the family unit. It involves working together to understand each family member’s role while addressing specific issues like parenting challenges or conflict resolution.

Free 15 Minute Consultation
An optional introductory consultation where you will have the opportunity to learn more about me, my practice, and ask any questions you might have about therapy. We’ll also take time to ensure that my areas of expertise align with your therapeutic needs, and that I am a good fit for you as a therapist.

Assessment
Once you decide that I am a therapist you would like to work with, a 60 minute diagnostic session for new clients is the official first step. We will conduct a detailed examination of different areas of your life, the factors influencing your symptoms, clarify your treatment goals, and make a plan for our therapeutic journey together.

Clinical Supervision
My focus as a clinical supervisor is on creating a safe, supportive environment where supervisees feel empowered and respected. I strive to help supervisees develop skills to manage their own emotional responses to client trauma, maintain healthy boundaries, and utilize self-care.
